A couple of weeks ago my kids and I went to an AWESOME pumpkin patch with a few of their cousins and Grandma (G.G.). This is a picture of them on the merry-go-round at the park we stopped at for lunch.
We got to go on a tractor ride out in the patch to pick our own pumpkins. It was fun to have just our family on the trailer and take our time picking out just the right one. :)
SO many choices--literally acres and acres of pumpkins!
After we picked our pumpkins we went back to Brooks & Andrea's to paint & draw on them. That way the pumpkins pull double duty and look cute before Halloween because they are painted and on Halloween night all carved.
This is pretty much how Raife spent his time while the rest of us were painting. He is looking at one of Brooks & Andrea's puppies that is hiding under the van. They got to be good buddies while we were there!
